Formal Training in Qigong at Qi Elements

Because of the life-style changes of the last 100 years, Qigong is more necessary today than ever before in its 2500 year history.

                                                                                                                                    Dr. Yang, Jwing Ming

Qi Elements offers a formal program of study and testing in Qigong for Health and Healing.

This program consists mainly of Qigong routines and practices that Sifu Blough has learned from Dr. Yang Jwing Ming.  It differs from our Taiji-Qigong program in that students are not required to learn the Taijiquan bare-hand long sequence.

Upon completion of formal training and testing the student will know:

Taiji Qigong Forms:  Primary Set, Coiling Set, Rocking Set, Solo Taiji Ball Qigong
