Shaolin Curriculum

The curriculum at Qi Elements is a living entity. As such a full listing of requirements here could be misrepresentative. Instead this area lists some of the general requirements neeeded.

Traditionally, Shaolin Kung Fu does not have a belt system. Sifu Yung, from over 20 years of study in Shaolin martial arts, has formulated a curriculum that adheres to traditional Shaolin training. The curriculum offered at Qi Elements serves as a guide to your level of accomplishment in the Shaolin Kung Fu system. Earning the level of a Black Sash establishes your credibility to teach the fundamentals of Shaolin Kung Fu and be fully supported by and authorized from Qi Elements.

The achievement of Black Sash requires a commitment of no less than five years and consistent class attendence. Qi Elements adheres to the strict requirements and regiment demanded of the Shaolin style when testing students to higher levels of study.
