Shaolin Class Designations

  • Young Shaolin Program:  Open to children 13 years old and younger.
    .
  • Shaolin Foundations: New Students and All levels.  New students begin their Training with this class (For 1 month).  The basic Shaolin skills and techniques such as Stances, Movements, and Tumbling are practiced.  Students progress to more challenging and advanced skills as they continue their practice.
    .
  • Shaolin Forms: All levels.  New students must have trained for one month in Shaolin Foundations before being eligible to take this class.  Forms and defense applications are learned and practiced.
    .
  • Weapons & San Da: White Sash and higher levels.  Traditional Weapons including Staff, Broadsword, Spear, Straight Sword, and Kwan Dao are learned.  San Da is Sparring and classes will be scheduled based on student interest.

  • Shaolin Chen Taiji and Martial Qigong:  Traditional Chen Taiji forms originating from the Shaolin Temple in Henan, China is taught, which also include Traditional Weapons like Straight Sword and Staff.  Martial Qigong theory is taught and exercise sets practiced to increase and expand the Chi inside you.  Practical applications are learned as you use relaxed energy to deflect attacks and defend yourself.

    This class is open to all existing students as well as the general public.  No previous experience is necessary as you will be learning Chen Taiji from the ground up.  A minimum of 6 people must be registered before Class will officially start.  Contact Sifu Yung for additional information.

Mondays

5 to 6 PM: Young Shaolin Program.
6 to 7 PM: Shaolin Foundations.
7 to 8 PM: Shaolin Forms.

Wednesdays

5 to 6 PM: Young Shaolin Program.
6 to 7 PM: Shaolin Foundations/Forms.
7 to 8 PM: Shaolin Chen Taiji / Qigong / Push Hands / Chin Na.

Fridays

5 to 6 PM: Young Shaolin Program.
6 to 7 PM: Shaolin Foundations.
7 to 8 PM: Shaolin Forms.

Tuition

Beginners Packages
Shaolin Kung Fu (Cost $249)

  • 2 classes per week for 3 months

Tuition Policy

Students who drop out of classes for a month or longer must pay the registration fee of $35 to sign up again.

All tuition must be paid by the 5th of each month. After the 5th, a late fee of $10 is charged to the monthly fee. Remember, we have no annual contracts; we need your support to stay on top of our accounting.

Only students who are registered for classes will be allowed to participate in classes. Before taking class, the student must sign the waiver of liability and register. Payment of $20 for individual (trial) classes must be paid prior to the start of the class.

Uniform / Clothing

  • T-shirts (S, M, L, XL, XXL) - $15.
  • Dark pants (no logos or wording on pants) or Shaolin orange pants (for Shaolin).

Trial Class

The fee for a trial session is $20 per class.

The fee will be applied to tuition when you enroll.

Private Sessions

One-on-one private training sessions are available.
