 Our Qigong Program

Qi Elements offers a formal program of study and testing in Qigong.

This program consists mainly of Qigong routines and practices that Sifu Blough has learned from Dr. Yang Jwing Ming.  It differs from our Taiji-Qigong program in that students are not required to learn the Taijiquan bare-hand long sequence.
