We have new beginning Taiji classes Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8:45 to 10:00 AM.  The class will focus on fundamentals of Taiji and is suitable for students with no previous Taiji experience.  The class includes one-half hour of additional Qigong exercises from 9:30-10:00.  The combination of basic Taiji exercises and Qigong is ideal for persons who wish to improve their health without having to memorize complex forms.  Students who wish to go more deeply into Taiji study by learning the long sequence and studying martial applications can transfer into the advance Taiji class, which follows immediately after the beginning class, after they have learned Taiji fundamentals.

 



Child Abduction Prevention  -- Press release:  Qi Elements is offering presentations of the Kid Escape Program by John Hall.
