Qigong Classes

Fundamentals of Tai Chi Levels I & II

Mondays, 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Saturdays, 9:00-10:00 AM

Tai Chi for Osteoporosis

This class is specially designed for persons who are concerned about Osteoporosis, arthritis, lupus, fibromylgia and other diseases but are still relatively mobile and able to stand for most of the class hour.

Fee for six weeks is $90.  Click here to download or print a registration form.   

Tai Chi for Healing

This class is designed for persons of limited mobility or who may be able to stand for only a few minutes at a time.
The class is on-going.  You can enroll at any time.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:45-10:00 AM.
 
A one-month trial (8 lessons) is $95.  Thereafter the tuition is $249 for three months. 

Visitors are welcome to observe the class. 

Qigong Workout  Wednesdays, 7:30-8:30 PM (winter semester foci are Taiji Ball Qigong and Five Animal Play)

Gentle Qigong, Saturdays, 11:00 AM-12 Noon

Midday Meditation, (I would like to start a meditation class during the noon hour.  If you are interested, email me.  Shifu) 

Monthly Medical Qigong Series:  Mondays 10-11 AM.  The next series will start in March.  February class is focusing on Eight Pieces Brocade medical qigong with enhancements by Dr. Yang, Jwing Ming.  Tuition is $50 for all four sessions, drop-in classes are $15 each.  

 

Each month the Medical Qigong series will concentrate on practice of routines for maintaining health and preventing and relieving diseases.  Offerings will include Qigong for reducing high blood pressure, preventing breast cancer, maintaining wellness with the change of seasons, improving Spinal flexibility, and overall wellness.
