New Classes with Kris Brinker

Qi Elements is proud to host Kris Brinker, who will be offering new classes in Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong here starting late September.  Click here for more information on Kris's classes.
Beginning Classes in Yang Family Taiji Form

We have new Beginner Taiji Classes Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8:45 to 10:00 AM.

The class will focus on fundamentals of Taiji and is suitable for students with no previous Taiji experience.

The class includes one-half hour of additional Qigong exercises from 9:30-10:00.

Students who wish to go more deeply into Taiji study can transfer into the advance Taiji class, which follows immediately after the beginning class, after they have learned Taiji fundamentals.
