Watch this space in case of foul weather.

We have survived Snopocalypse, and classes have resumed.

Be careful when shoveling snow, pushing cars, or plodding through snow drifts.  My uncle died of a heart attack after shoveling snow, and that is a all too frequent occurrence during heavy snow storms.  Remember to use your Taiji/Qigong breathing when shoveling snow.  Breath long, slow, deep and even drawing the breath down into the Dan Tian.  Move with the whole body connected, and take frequent breaks.  It is also a good idea to warm up before starting and to stretch out afterwards.
